  • The benefit of building from scratch is that it will have all the luxury of '“modern tech” built-in, including lighting, sound, audio and video capabilities!

The owners here have really gone the extra mile to consider everything, from lounge areas for the wedding party throughout the whole day, to audio and video gear already installed for booking parties’ use. Not to mention the space is BEAUTIFUL. The building design really is spectacular. And to top it off, Patty and Gordon are incredibly sweet people and wonderful to communicate with. Concrete! We are so happy to be at this stage. Our grounds and parking area will have plenty of paved surfaces. Year round use and providing clean and safe surfaces during rainy times was a must for us!
